Starting from the same mix as the Castillo de Jumilla Crianza, our Reserva is aged first in stainless-steel tanks and later in American and French oak barrels with different toasting levels to give the wine its elegance. The process culminates with at least eight months’ bottle ageing before the wine hits the market. Magnificent cherry red on a ruby background with dense legs. Complex bouquet with aromas of red berries, jam and toasty notes. Just the right amount of oak. Great with gazpacho, stews, juicy meat and game, mushrooms, pâté and creamy cheese.
