Tasting Notes

Nose: Bright, lifted and juniper-forward with delicate zesty citrus undertones set against a herbal, lightly nutty, backdrop. Complex, inviting and mutli-faceted with an abundance of juniper-derived personality.

Palate: Elegant and round, with a broad mouth filling quality. Seamlessly balanced and integrated with juniper again coming to the fore, supported by restrained citrus and herbaceous notes. Textural and complex on the mid palate and boldly intense on a persistent soft finish.
