DEUTZ BRUT ROSÈ CHAMPAGNE
Cote des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, France | 12% | 750ml
Grape: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir
The Deutz Brut Rosé is characterised by its delicious scents of summer fruit, its bright, clear hue with attractive pink undertones and its delicate mousse. It is a rich and delectable wine with a smooth, distinctive and very succulent character. The subtle nose offers up cherry, blackberry, pomegranate and redcurrant aromas set off by juicy notes of fresh strawberry and raspberry.
Formerly known as Deutz Geldermann, a Champagne producer based in the Aÿ region of Champagne, was founded in 1838 and run by successive generations of the Deutz and Geldermann families.
Deutz produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvée as well as a prestige wine known as Amour de Deutz. In 1983, the house was acquired by Rouzaud family and Deutz owns holding in the Bordeaux wine estate of Chateau Vernous and the Rhone estate of Delas Freres.
